Step with Style is owned and operated by Professional Dancer, Choreographer and Instructor of 25 years, Amanda Dubreuil.

Our Lead Office Managers are René Dubreuil & Kimberly Stewart.
Amanda's husband René, works hard on renovations/studio upkeep, and is our Director of SWS Communications. He is 100% a Dance Dad, Rene is often found building a prop or cheering on all the kids including his two own SWS dancers, Mya and Hendrix.

Amanda's sister Kimberly Stewart uses her business background and Marketing Diploma to keep SWS running like a tight ship. Kimberly is our friendly face with all the answers to your questions. She has an outstanding knowledge of all the SWS programs as she has 3 SWS dancers herself, Sophie, Abby and Stryder.

Son Joseph and Amanda's sisters Kayla and Trinity are all graduates of the SWS Triple Threat Program. Each have become well loved SWS instructors. You can also find Rene's Mother Francine on doors and the ticket booth for the shows! It's an outstanding family run business. Come on in and meet our team!

Step with Style was established in 2006, it quickly rose to be recognized as the Top Studio in all of Durham Region. 1st Place winner of Best Dance Studio, Readers’ Choice, and Top Studio at both Kick It Up and Inspire Competitions as well as Highest Score at multiple competitions. Step with Style has earned an excellent reputation for providing a quality education that translates into excellent results for all involved.
Our Owner and Artistic Director Amanda Dubreuil has spent decades developing and perfecting the most well-rounded performing arts education for dancers of all levels. Amanda is highly involved in all aspects at the studio and is very proud of her performing arts school. The training and programs provided have given SWS students the ability to audition and be accepted for other prestigious training companies such as; The National Ballet School of Canada, Alvin Ailey, Joffrey Ballet School and the Alberta Ballet. Amanda’s students have also been seen on Broadway as cast members of “Billy Elliott” and “Matilda” as well as in television series' “American History” and “Strain”.

Amanda’s direction has supported SWS students and their pursuit of careers in acting/movies, music videos, modelling and stage management! Many of her students have moved on to become professional instructors and choreographers themselves. Several students now direct/own/operate their own dance studios! Step with Style students continue to be hired as professionals and they thrive in the industry. Our students attribute this success to the outstanding program they were provided.

SWS staff feel that working as a team is our #1 priority. Our team of impeccable staff all work together to form what we call “The Dream Team”.
With both male and female instructors that come straight from the entertainment industry, your children are given every insight into the world of dance. Each instructor brings a unique strength and quality to our students that has them flourishing and encouraged.
