Dance Odyssey - May 22 - 24th 2009
SWS students and family enjoyed participating in their final competition of the season. The studio did remarkably well. Again we had one of our dancers win the So You Think You Can Dance competition held by Dance Odyssey. Congratulations to Tamara Freethy for winning the senior division and to Madison Bell for winning 1st Runner up for the junior/inter division. Our studio was recognized for how well rounded our training is and how much technique our dancers have for such a young age. SWS won in every category, regular placements, Choreography awards, Overall awards, the So You Think You Dance Dance Competition and more! The Artistic Directors, instructors and students themselves were all extremely proud of their results. We look forward to another great season next year!

For the first time Dance Odyssey held a "So You Know You Can Dance!" Competition! Thank you all for participating! Dancers were taught a combination just as a regular audition would run. The dancer who won the audition round was stated Dance Odyssey’s best dancer!
