Rhythm Dance Challenge - April 23rd to 25th, 2010

SWS's dancers were up against some very strong schools whom have been around the block, (some for over 25 years)! SWS only in it's fourth season is producing outstanding results! Competing against seven different schools Step with Style took home 2 out of 4 of the Rhythm Cups for highest Mark in the Mini Division (Ages 8yrs and under) as well as highest Mark in the Junior Division (Ages 9-11yrs)!

Not only did SWS dancers receive special awards, adjudicator's choice awards, overall awards dancers won over $3000 dollars this weekend!

Rhythm Dance recognizes the highest Mark for Ballet and Hip Hop only. SWS is proud to be the recipient of BOTH AWARDS! We received the HIGHEST BALLET MARK for our intermediate duet "Romeo and Juliet" as well as the HIGHEST HIOP HOP MARK for our "Bring It Back" senior hip hop group. These two routines won the highest mark out of hundreds of entries!

Congratulations to the dancers for your hard work! It has definitely paid off and the entire faculty is very proud!
