Hip Hop Workshop with Yos Niznik -
May 19th 2007
Students from Step with Style were thrilled to have a Hip-Hop workshop with Yos Niznik on Saturday May 19th at our Oshawa location! Competitive as well as recreational students took part in this workshop. Our Junior level ages 6-10yrs worked on a routine full of rhythm challenges! The hip hop routine not only challenged the way our young ones moved but also challenged how well they listened to their music! All of our Junior participants did a
great job but most of all everyone had a blast dancing with Yossi!
Our Intermediate/Senior level were so inspired by Yossi's amazing choreography! Yos challenged them with intricate steps and also challenged their performance of this routine! At Step with Style we are always looking for ways to improve our dancers! After this workshop all of our young performers made another step to becoming the best they can be! Thank you Yossi from everyone here at Step with Style!!!

Yos Niznik - Workshop Instructor
Yossi Niznik attends York University as a full time student in the Kinesiology Honors program. Yossi is a seasoned dancer having won many titles such as Master Dance of Canada (D.M.A), Junior Dancer of the Year (Can-Dance), Teen Dancer of the Year (A.D.A) as well as many overalls and special awards throughout his dance training.
He has competed since the age of six. He is currently teaching hip-hop, jazz and tap at various studios. Yossi is also the recent recipient of the Take It To The Floor scholarship awarded by Sho-Tyme who choreographs for artists such as Mary J. Blidge, Mya and Gwen Stefani.
Yossi has learned that dance training takes a big commitment, a lot of dedication and the will to strive; He is looking forward to a fun and exciting workshop!
