Hip Hop Workshop with Tara Beck - January 13th 2008

Tara Beck brought along her unique style of Hip hop to share with our students. Competitive recreational as well as guests had a great time with Tara. Tara Beck - Workshop Instructor

Tara has been a professional dancer for several years, first with Toronto’s Viva Las Vegas Revue show, the CFL’s Toronto Argonauts Dance team, followed by being a dancer and assistant choreographer for the Toronto Blue Jays “J-Force” Hip-Hop Team.

She graduated in 2006 with a BFA in Dance from Ryerson University and since then has traveled the world while dancing on a cruise ship for Holland America Line.

Aside from performing, Tara has also enjoyed teaching at various conventions across Ontario, from Ottawa’s Fast Lane Dance Convention, to Thunder Bay’s B.O.U.N.C.E. Dance Workshop, and back home at Toronto’s Dance Fuzion Convention.

She is also a frequent guest artist for the York Region school board and has choreographed numerous pieces at Unionville High School and Middlefield Collegiate. Tara’s passion for dance is contagious and she’s excited to share her love of dance with Step With Style Productions.
